Effect of Substrate Topography and Stiffness on Cell Rigidity, Morphology and Adhesion
2014 International Conference on Functional Materials(ICFM 2014)——To investigate the effect of the substrate topography and stiffness on the cell reponses,PDMS substrates with varying stiffness were modified by fabrication of nanopattwens using soft lithography and femtosecond laser nano-fabrication techniques.
