压电陶瓷沉淀相硬化研究进展及展望
2024 第三届全国电子材料与器件大会，介绍了We successfully implemented precipitation hardening in piezoceramics. Significant Qm enhancement were achieved in several systems : BCT, BCZT,and LNN. Narrow composition range was pointed out to be the current problem for precipitation hardening in piezoceramics. Possible solutions were suggested.
